How does participation work?

  1. Optional 15-minute intro with host Jesús E. Moreno to walk through the format, agree on topics, and lock a recording date. Book: https://calendly.com/jmoreno-/15min — this is the usual intake. Experienced guests can skip it.

  2. Complete the guest intake form: https://www.globaltrialaccelerators.com/guests/intake/ — bio, company/website/social links, and the podcast guest agreement/release.

  3. Jesús sends a discussion outline / question list in advance.

  4. After a recording date is chosen, you receive a calendar invite with the Riverside link.

  5. Recording is a relaxed ~30-minute conversational interview, online, on Riverside (video + audio). A short tech check happens at the start. No need to memorize answers.

  6. After recording, the team edits. You are sent the final episode for review/approval before publication. The release date is shared about two weeks before publish. You receive promo graphics and snippets. The episode goes on the website, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and video. The show tags you on social. You are welcome to share on your own channels.

Is the conversation recorded online?

Yes. Interviews are recorded remotely on Riverside. You join from your own computer. No studio visit.

Is there a short preparation call to agree on topics?

Yes. The usual first step is a 15-minute call with Jesús (https://calendly.com/jmoreno-/15min) to meet, align talking points, and schedule the recording. It is not strictly required. If you already know the format, skip it, complete the intake form, and book the recording from the form.

What do you need from me before recording?

The guest intake form (https://www.globaltrialaccelerators.com/guests/intake/) with your bio, company/website/social links, and the guest agreement/release. Optionally review the outline Jesús sends. You will need a quiet space, stable internet, headphones, and a camera (built-in is fine). There is no cost to participate.

What is the approximate total time commitment?

15-minute intro with Jesús (usual, optional), plus recording day of about 10–15 minutes tech check/warm-up and 30 minutes of conversation (about 40–45 minutes). Typical total if both happen: about one hour, plus a short later review of the final cut.

What happens once the episode is published?

It is featured on globaltrialaccelerators.com, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and video. You receive promotional graphics and snippets. The show tags you on social. You may highlight your company and send listeners to your website during and after the episode. Company/website links from the intake form are used so listeners can find you.

Yes. The show publishes on its site and major audio/video platforms, provides promo assets, and tags the guest on social. Guests are encouraged to share on their own channels. You may promote your company and direct listeners to your website and resources. Links from the intake form are used on the episode.

Who hosts Global Trial Accelerators™?

Jesús E. Moreno hosts. The show is produced by bioaccess® and was founded by Julio G. Martinez-Clark.

Is there a cost to participate?

No. Guest participation is 100% free — there is no fee to be a guest, and no compensation is paid.

Can I skip the 15-minute intro?

Yes. The intro is the usual intake, not a requirement. You can complete the guest intake form and schedule the recording from the form. You will still get a calendar invite with the Riverside link.

What recording platform do you use?

Riverside. After you pick a recording date, the calendar invite includes the Riverside link.

Do I get questions in advance?

Yes. Jesús sends a discussion outline or question list well in advance so you can prepare. The conversation is still conversational; you do not need to memorize answers.

Do I review the episode before it goes live?

Yes. The team edits, then sends you the final version for review and approval before publication. If you do not reply in time, we may proceed to keep the production calendar and can still take post-publication notes.

Is there a guest agreement?

Yes. The guest intake form includes a podcast guest agreement and release (name, likeness, and recording rights for the program; no compensation; producer may use the episode in any media; name/likeness may be used to promote the show, not as an endorsement of other products).

How do I book?

Book the 15-minute intro with Jesús at https://calendly.com/jmoreno-/15min, or register as a guest at https://www.globaltrialaccelerators.com/guests/intake/ and schedule the recording from the form.

Do service providers (CROs, consultants, or QA-RA firms) belong as guests, or is the show only for sponsors?

Yes. CROs, consultants, and QA-RA firms who run first-in-human (FIH) work belong on Global Trial Accelerators™. The invite is to appear on the show, not a bioaccess® sales call. Julio G. Martinez-Clark often sends the first invite. Jesús E. Moreno hosts, runs the optional 15-minute intro, and records. Recording is online only, about 30 minutes on Riverside — no travel. It is a conversational interview; no slides. Guests do not have to run a LATAM trial or hire bioaccess®.

Is there a business development expectation or fee attached to the invitation?

No. There is no cost to participate and no compensation. The invitation is to appear on the show, not a bioaccess® sales call. Guests do not have to run a Latin America trial or hire bioaccess®. You are welcome to share your episode on your own channels, and we provide promotional graphics and snippets to make that easy.

Where will my episode be promoted?

On globaltrialaccelerators.com, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and video. The show tags you on social media and sends you promotional graphics and snippets.
