Carolina is a senior biotech executive with over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. She is the Founder & Principal of Bio Strategy Advisors, a strategic consulting firm specializing in start-up formation, corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, and global expansion.
She currently serves on the boards of Syte.bio, Bonds Bio, and Dione Antibiotics, and on the Board of Advisors of Eastern Bank. She is also a Board Member of MassBio, the Mass General Hospital Physicians Organization (MGPO), and Co-Founder & Co-Chair of Latinos in Bio.
Throughout her career, Carolina has held leadership roles at Genzyme (now Sanofi), Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, and Novelion Therapeutics, serving as President and Vice President in commercial-stage, publicly traded biotech companies. She is also an angel investor and active member of networks such as Walnut Ventures, TBD Angels, the Longevity Investors Network, and AccelHUB Ventures.
