Chekaya Glaspie is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Clinical Research Concierge, a clinical operations and regulatory consultancy that helps emerging pharmaceutical and medical device companies scale efficiently and compliantly. Clinical Research Concierge specializes in site management, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and digital operations enablement. The firm’s approach focuses on building systems that streamline execution, mitigate risk, and allow clients to step back from day-to-day operations while maintaining confidence in oversight and delivery.
Chekaya holds a Bachelor of Science in Cardiorespiratory Science from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, and an MBA from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. With more than a decade of experience in clinical project management, operational leadership, and physician engagement, she brings a “work smarter, not harder” mindset to every engagement—combining clinical insight with strategic foresight to drive efficiency and scalability in highly regulated environments.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and taking long walks to reset and recharge.
